If we described you above, keep on reading, and apply today Here''s the Deal: This is a full-time, permanent position starting mid-February. Bilingual Hourly rate of pay is $19.00. You must be fluent in both Spanish and English. You need to be able to communicate effectively on the phone and in writing in both languages. Full-time training will be provided Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm Atlantic time in a fully online classroom. This position involves a rotational schedule of 30 to 45 hours per week, including regular evening shifts. Our program operates from 9:00am to 10:00pm Monday to Friday and 10:00am to 10:00pm Saturday and Sunday. To be considered for this role, you must have open working availability within these hours. If you''re looking for a typical 9-to-5 job, this will not be the right fit for you. We recognize everyone works differently - whether you want to work in our office (located in Halifax) or prefer at home, we can support either option. If you prefer home over office, you''ll need to have hard-wired internet with upload/download speeds that meet our testing minimums, a desk, and a chair. What You''ll Do: Help Tennis Providers and members in using the organization''s technology to set up and organize their programs. Take ownership of each inquiry you handle. Efficiently and effectively resolve member inquiries and issues through phone, email, and chat support channels in both Spanish and English. One-touch resolution is the goal. Be an ambassador for the organization''s brand and the sport of tennis, delivering a consistently positive experience for customers by demonstrating empathy and urgency. Find opportunities for tennis members to add value to their membership or their gameplay. What You''ll Likely Have: Well-developed customer service skills with the ability to quickly establish a positive connection and manage expectations. Effective communication skills. You''ll need to be clear, empathetic, and helpful even if your customer is upset or frustrated. The ability to navigate multiple software platforms and websites concurrently. You don''t need to be a tech genius. You do need to be comfortable working quickly and accurately in a fully digital environment. Demonstrated aptitude for minor tech troubleshooting If you know how to clear cache and cookies, you''re good.
