The CSP will handle inquiries for quotes, rentals, deliveries and pick-ups. CSP will handle customer concerns as well as taking orders via phone, email and walk-in. If this sounds like you, submit your application today Responsibilities Data Entry: accurately processing quotes, orders, jobs and tickets for varies systems Answer and direct all incoming calls, greet walk-in customers Handle inquiries for quotes,orders,deliveriesandpick-ups, as well ascustomerconcerns Build and maintain customer relationships Ability to determine customer needs and opportunities for sales Provide prompt response to customers regarding products, pricing and availability Demonstrate superior time management, organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills day to day Qualifications Approximately 2 years'' experience in customer service and/or sales Previous experience working in the traffic control/construction industry is preferred but will take other experience into consideration Proficient computer literacy with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required Strong organizational and planning capabilities Excellent time management Strong customer service focus Self motivated Strong sense of team and collaboration Excellent interpersonal skills Attention to details and accuracy Positive and professional attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-functioning team Use of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity Preference will be given to candidates with prior SalesPad or TCR experience.
