We are currently recruiting for a Clinic Coordinator to provide maternity leave coverage in the MaKami College Student Clinic. Our Student Clinic offers Massage Therapy students valuable hands on experience while serving the general public in a professional clinic environment. Working closely with the Clinic Manager and Front Desk team, the Clinic Coordinator is responsible for delivering an efficient and positive experience for both students and clients. Key responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities Liaise with Call Centre to ensure clients are being booked appropriately Schedule students for clinic Monitor clinic schedule each day and make adjustments depending on number of students and/or number of clients that are scheduled Matching clients with the appropriate student massage therapist based on skills, experience, and clinic requirements. Ensuring all clients are scheduled into the correct clinic type and maintaining an accurate, up-to-date schedule. Managing daily schedule adjustments to ensure appropriate student coverage and maintaining the required client to student ratios. Following up with students regarding attendance, schedule adherence, and clinic expectations. Assisting the Front Desk team with answering phones, greeting clients, and processing payments when required. Qualifications Business Administration diploma or degree (or related post-secondary education). Previous appointment booking experience in a clinic, spa, or health related environment (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams), with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail. Friendly, professional, and positive demeanor, able to be warm and welcoming while also being firm and authoritative when needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
