In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services and repairs. Your expertise in automotive repair, combined with your exceptional customer service skills, will ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive needs and concerns. Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, leveraging your mechanical knowledge to build trust with customers. Manage service appointments and maintain an organized schedule to optimize workflow in the service department. Communicate effectively with technicians regarding customer concerns and service requirements. Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs while ensuring transparency in pricing and recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and maintaining records of services rendered. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns. Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to dealership policies and procedures. Requirements Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred, with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes. Mechanic experience or a solid mechanical knowledge base is highly desirable. Proven customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients. Sales experience, particularly in upselling automotive services or products, is an asset. Strong cash handling abilities, ensuring accuracy in transactions and record keeping. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
