In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our reputation for quality by providing excellent service and support to our customers. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding products and services. Responsibilities Perform deliveries and maintenance of hot tubs and swim spas Provide exceptional customer service during on-site visits Be able to properly drive pickup truck and trailer Ensure compliance with safety standards during all operations Communicate effectively with customers regarding their needs Maintain accurate records of service performed Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery Assist in training new drivers as required Utilize power tools to complete assembly jobs Responsible for truck inventory Qualifications Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a technical field Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks Moving experience will be considered an asset Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients Experience operating forklifts is an asset Previous warehouse experience is preferred Valid truck + trailer driving experience (3+ years, G class) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Punctuality and ownership Clean driver''s abstract is required (G class) Compensation Ability to earn commission (average 15% of salary) Overtime options available Weekends not required Flexibility with scheduling Vacation time paid out Job tiers to progress upwards Health benefits If you''re ready to dive into a rewarding career with us at the Canadian Spa Company, we invite you to apply today Join our dedicated team and help us continue to provide top-notch products and services.
