Red Deer Resort & Casino is seeking a Casino Lounge Expeditor to support our fast-paced lounge and gaming operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating food service between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring efficient food flow, accurate order delivery, and a clean, well-organized service environmentcontributing to an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery Expedite food service by monitoring order timing and ensuring meals are served together and without delay Verify order accuracy, food presentation, portioning, and quality before service Support servers by running food and communicating order status, modifications, and special requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of glassware, bar tools, workstations, and service areas Assist with bar setup, cleanliness, and inventory checks as required Address and resolve order discrepancies promptly and professionally Support bar, kitchen, and service teams during peak periods to maintain smooth operational flow Follow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations Qualifications & Skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume lounge and kitchen environment Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts Previous experience in a lounge, bar, kitchen, or casino environment is an asset but not required Knowledge of food safety and allergen awareness is an asset Additional Information Red Deer Resort & Casino is an equal opportunity employer and encourages all qualified candidates to apply.
