Cutting Edge Construction is looking for an experienced, motivated Construction Supervisor to lead our crews and keep projects running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. Job Summary The Construction Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily onsite activities, managing crews and subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to make decisions that keep the build moving forward. Key Responsibilities Supervise, lead, and support construction workers and subcontractors onsite. Coordinate tasks based on priorities, project plans, and daily goals. Assign general and daily responsibilities to crew members. Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Monitor attendance, productivity, workmanship, and overall jobsite performance. Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Read, interpret, and communicate information from blueprints, drawings, and construction plans. Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and resolve delays to keep projects on track. Maintain a safe, clean, and wellorganized work environment. Track work progress, materials, labour hours, and costs using company timetracking and reporting tools. Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, Supervisor, or similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment operation, and safety guidelines. Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and blueprints. Excellent organizational, leadership, and crewmanagement skills. Strong communication and problemsolving abilities. High school diploma or equivalent (vocational or technical training considered an asset). Class 5 driver''s license with a clean driver''s abstract. Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
