Job Description: As a laborer, you will be part of the team responsible for carrying out the construction of landscaping projects. You will perform various tasks such as excavation and demolition, site cleanup, paving installation, construction of retaining walls and natural-stone patios, planting, and more. This is a physical role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors as part of a team. Responsibilities: Help maintain a clean and organized job site. Perform various manual tasks such as transporting materials, mixing concrete, shoveling soil and stone, placing stones and rocks, and planting perennials, shrubs, and trees. Assist the foreman with all planned project tasks: preparation and demolition, installation according to architectural plans, finishing, and cleanup. Ensure the required quality of work for each task. Maintain health and safety standards on all job sites. Operate small tools, small machinery/mini-excavator, and dump truck as needed and according to experience. Install mulch, decorative stones, and other landscaping materials. Install sod.
