About the Role Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a project. This role is responsible for overseeing the replacement of a legacy case management and trust accounting system with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and Financial components) . The Senior Project Manager will provide delivery leadership for a large, complex, in-flight enterprise project, working with an external vendor and internal GoA teams using a hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery model . The role is focused on vendor accountability, risk management, and successful delivery of the solution on time and on budget. Key Responsibilities Provide overall delivery oversight and coordination across multiple teams and workstreams Act as the integrating delivery lead, aligning Agile sprint execution with the Waterfall release plan Manage vendor timelines, deliverables, quality, and contractual commitments Develop and maintain project schedules, RAID logs, and governance artefacts Lead project meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-up on action items Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies Coordinate testing, data migration, training, and change management activities Ensure privacy, security, and compliance requirements are met Provide clear, timely status reporting to leadership and stakeholders Support go-live planning, cutover, stabilization, and post-implementation activities Skills and Experience Project Management and Delivery 8+ years of experience managing large, complex IT or application development projects Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies Strong experience managing third-party vendors and enterprise stakeholders Experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans and project documentation Communication and Leadership Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills Proven ability to work effectively with business, technical, and executive stakeholders Tools and Technology Experience using Microsoft Project for project scheduling Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience using Azure DevOps for sprint and backlog management Education Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Nice to Have PMP and/or Agile certification Public sector project experience Experience with Microsoft Dynamics implementations Experience with privacy, security, and information management requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
