Placement Details This is a 4 month summer placement starting in May 2026, located in Calgary, AB. What you will do Corporate Citizenship Provide administrative, coordination, and operational support to ensure efficient delivery of Corporate Citizenship activities. Assist with communication materials supporting corporate giving, sponsorships, and employee giving and volunteering initiatives. Support enterprise governance processes, ensuring consistent documentation, activation, evaluation, and reporting of community investments. Represent Enbridge as an ambassador at select internal and external events. Assist with special projects, campaigns, and enterprise initiatives as required. Corporate Giving Support engagement with strategic community partners, including event logistics, partnership activation, and relationship coordination. Maintain accurate community investment data within reporting tools and financial systems. Collaborate with Brand and Digital Communications to ensure appropriate and consistent brand representation in partner materials and sponsorship activations. Employee Volunteering & Giving Program Support program communications, content development, and employee-facing updates. Maintain a positive user experience on the Benevity platform (SPARK) and assist with campaigns and inquiries. Assist in monitoring program engagement, collecting impact data, and preparing summaries for internal reporting. Who you are You are currently enrolled in a full time post-secondary program studying Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, CSR, or a related field , and will be returning to full time school immediately following the work term. 2+ years of work, volunteer, or academic project experience. Experience with community organizations, not-for-profits, or community capacity-building is an asset. Familiarity with large organizations or multi-region operations is considered an advantage. Demonstrated interest in community investment, storytelling, or employee engagement. Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. Effective time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Solid computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to actively and consistently represent Enbridges core values (Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, High Performance). Working Conditions Position based in Calgary (Fifth Avenue Place). Hybrid work model with optional work-from-home days on Wednesdays and Fridays. May require occasional work outside standard business hours to support events or project deadlines. Must be comfortable working with sensitive issues, competing priorities, and tight timelines typical of a PACS environment. Relocation assistance is not provided.
