Learn more about us at www.geopsi.com Full job description Location: Houston, Texas (USA) or Calgary, Alberta (Canada) or remote option (Available for qualified candidates) Employment Type: Full Time Salary Range: $100k+/annum Start Date: Immediately Position Overview We are seeking a Microseismic Manager to lead the development of our microseismic offerings that feed into our integrated solutions that leverage multiple data sources to deliver enhanced operational insights and value. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and customer engagement skills to drive innovation and ensure successful microseismic solutions deployment. Solution Development: Design and implement integrated solutions combining downhole data with other operational datasets to optimize performance and efficiency. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with internal teamsincluding engineering, product development, and data analyticsto ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. Innovation & Strategy: Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance GEOs offerings and maintain industry leadership. Project Management: Oversee solution implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. Training & Support: Provide technical guidance and training to customers and internal teams on solution capabilities and best practices. Qualifications and Skills BS Science and Geophysics degree, or related field. 10+ years of experience in oil & gas microseismic solutions, data integration, or similar roles. Strong understanding of downhole geophone and fiber optic microseismic processing and solutions. Proven track record in solution design, project management, and customer engagement. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
