This role reports to the VP of Product, Pricing and Underwriting, and manages all aspects of underwriting operations, ensuring strong governance and strict compliance with guidelines and underwriting appetite. The AVP fosters teamwork focused on customer service and risk management, collaborating closely with other departments including Claims, Product, Pricing, Risk, and Technology to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
