Position: Enterprise Data Conversion Lead (S/4HANA Greenfield) Client: Large Private Sector Organization Location: St. John New Brunswick (Hybrid) Duration: 18 Months Language: English Background Kyndryl Canada is supporting our private sector client who is undergoing a greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation and require an Enterprise Data Conversion Consultant to lead a mixed team of client and partner analysts and own data quality, profiling, cleansing, and conversion before data enters SAP. Qualifications Prior greenfield S/4HANA data readiness/conversion experience ECC S/4 alone is not sufficient Strong enterprise data background (DQ, profiling, cleansing, governance). Proven ability to translate legacy business data into SAP-ready structures. Strong executive presence: lead analysts, challenge assumptions, report to senior leadership. Responsibilities Hands-on Data Readiness / Conversion Lead on the client side. Leads a mixed team of client and partner analysts. Owns data quality, profiling, cleansing, and conversion before data enters SAP. Can operate credibly with the Sr Director of Enterprise Data Strategy & Governance.
