Build the future with us The Director, Financial Performance and Development - Investment Sector plays a key role at the interface between finance and investments at iA Global Asset Management (or iAGAM). As a strategic business partner to both sectors, he/she leads the CFO sector''''s contribution to strategic investment initiatives, playing a key role in achieving the sector''''s ambitions. He/she ensures the alignment of priorities and financial discipline at iAGMA. What you will accomplish with us 1. Strategic projects and initiatives Participate in the development of a consolidated roadmap for the CFO and Investment sectors, promoting the alignment of initiatives between the two sectors. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the plans of both sectors and a common understanding of each initiative: scope, objectives, and deliverables. Promote alignment between the plans of both sectors. Assess costs, budgets, risks, efforts, efficiency gains, timelines, and expected benefits at an overall level to support prioritization and recommend actions to optimize return on investment. Represent the sector on steering committees for strategic initiatives. Identify resource and expertise needs (accounting, taxation, project management, actuarial science, capital, etc.) and mobilize the right people at the right time. Monitor and communicate the status of initiatives and the CFO''''s contribution to projects by developing indicators and monitoring dashboards. Coordinate the CFO sector''''s contribution to Investment Sector projects in collaboration with the Development and Integration team. Ensure sponsor satisfaction with the CFO''''s contribution and develop strategies to improve execution, efficiency, and cross-team collaboration. 2. Investment finance component Manage the iAGMA Finance team and work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure the performance and compliance of financial activities. Produce clear, decision-oriented financial narratives for senior management in the Investments sector. Oversee financial planning and analysis activities (budget, dashboards, management reports, overhead tracking, improvement recommendations). Track costs and benefits related to iAGMA''''s strategic plan and contribute to the assessment of initiative profitability. Oversee financial reporting and control processes (billing, accounting, financial statements, regulatory compliance, audit, and taxation). Develop financial processes, including task automation and improvement of data, tools, and dashboards. Help define and influence the long-term vision of iAGMA''''s Finance function, in partnership with the Chief Financial Officer, to support the subsidiary''''s overall strategy. What we are looking for: Bachelor''''s degree in accounting/finance. Professional designation (CPA, CFA, or FICA) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Strong political skills and influential leadership in matrix or multi-team contexts. Ability to mobilize and orchestrate different areas of expertise to deliver results. Strategic ability: comprehensive understanding of the strategies of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and the levers for value creation. Ability to connect the issues of the CFO and CIO in a strategic partnership approach. Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear, decision-oriented financial narratives. Customer focus and ability to build trusting relationships with senior management. Advanced knowledge of English, as the person will be required to present analyses and recommendations to key internal stakeholders in English on a regular basis.
