We are looking for an IT/Cybersecurity student to join the ATCO IT Business Application Support Team. Work term starts in May 2026 for an 8 or 12month period in Edmonton. Assist the IT Business application support team in daytoday operational and technical support of Oracle Fusion. Provide functional and technical troubleshooting, incident resolution, and enduser assistance to ensure stable performance of finance and supply chain applications. Who you are Must be enrolled in a coop (or internship) program at a recognized Canadian university. Enrolled in a postsecondary program related to Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or similar. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Communication: comfortable liaising with technical and business stakeholders. Basic SQL skills and familiarity with reporting tools. Interest in cloud ERP systems, ideally Oracle Fusion (technofunctional eagerness preferred). Ability to work under supervision within an ITILaligned support model (incident, change, problem management). What you will do Offer tier 1 and tier 2 support: incident management, triaging to senior analysts, and resolve or escalated issues. Analyze functional problems in modules like GL, AP, ProcuretoPay, and Inventory. Collaborate with project teams, infrastructure teams, and business users to manage reported issues and track resolutions. Assist in troubleshooting integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, OIC), data loader tools (FBDI, ADFDI), and BI Publisher query issues. Help support OTBI/BI Publisher reports, dashboards, and SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. Support quarterly Fusion updates: help with impact analysis, regression testing, and deployment under supervision. Support environment management across multiple environments including environment refresh and release activities and environment activity management. Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting known issues, common troubleshooting steps, and building internal knowledge articles.
