This role owns the enterprise Salesforce and MuleSoft ecosystem that supports the end-to-end patient journeyfrom enrollment and access support to therapy initiation and ongoing adherence. With a deep understanding of healthcare operations, privacy, and regulatory requirements, the role ensures technology investments improve patient access, strengthen partnerships with providers and manufacturers, and enable consistent, high-quality PSP delivery across Canada. As both a people leader and platform steward, this role develops and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams while providing architectural direction to ensure platforms are reliable, compliant, and built to scale with Sentrexs growth. A Day in the Life (What you will do here): Patient Support Program Platform Strategy Define and execute a platform strategy that directly supports Sentrex corporate strategy, with patient care at the core. Ensure technology solutions align to the full patient journey, including enrollment, benefits verification, financial assistance, Rx fulfillment, and ongoing support. Translate PSP growth goals and manufacturer expectations into clear, achievable technology roadmaps. Position Salesforce and MuleSoft as enablers of differentiated, high-quality patient support services. Life Sciences Cloud, Data & Responsible AI Leadership Lead the evolution of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud as the foundational platform for Sentrex PSP operations. Collaborate with Director of Data to maintain a trusted, unified view of patient, provider, and program data, grounded in consent-driven data governance. Drive responsible adoption of AI and automation (e.g., Agentforce) to improve service efficiency, patient engagement, adherence insights, and case resolution, without compromising safety or trust. Ensure all solutions comply with Canadian healthcare privacy and regulatory requirements, including provincial standards. Physician, Clinic & Manufacturer Enablement Enable physician and clinic facing workflows that support PSP operations while reducing administrative burden for healthcare providers. Define scalable, compliant patterns for clinic onboarding, referrals, enrollment coordination, and secure provider interactions. Partner closely with Business Development to support Sentrex manufacturer strategy, new PSP launches, therapy expansions, and manufacturer partnerships. Act as a senior technology advisor in external discussions, clearly articulating platform capabilities, constraints, and roadmap to ensure solutions are sustainable and repeatable. Ensure all external facing capabilities are fully integrated with core workflows to avoid fragmented systems and inconsistent processes. Provide architectural leadership across Salesforce and MuleSoft, ensuring solutions are secure, resilient, and designed for multi-program growth. Lead integration strategy connecting Salesforce with broader Sentrex technology ecosystem Balance standardization and flexibility to support diverse therapies and manufacturer requirements within a single enterprise platform. Delivery, Operations & Service Reliability Oversee the full application lifecycle, from roadmap and delivery through ongoing operations and continuous improvement. Establish disciplined Agile, DevOps, and release practices that prioritize quality, predictability, and patient-impacting reliability. Ensure production platforms are highly available, well supported, and responsive to operational needs. Define and track performance metrics related to platform stability, service quality, delivery outcomes, and support effectiveness. People Leadership & Accountability Build, lead, and inspire a high performing team of Salesforce Developers, MuleSoft Developers, and Salesforce Administrators. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning, with a strong focus on patient impact. Coach and develop leaders and senior contributors, creating clear career paths and succession within the platform teams. Set technical and operational standards while empowering teams to innovate responsibly. Manage and align external partners and vendors to deliver against Sentrexs technology strategy. Additional duties as assigned by your manager What you need to ensure you are set up for success: A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, project management, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Proven experience managing teams of business analysts, project managers, and scrum masters. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, specifically Scaled Agile. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to think strategically while also being detail oriented. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) are a plus.
