Job Description We are seeking a kitchen supervisor for our Southport location. Shifts are Mon to Fri, 5 AM - 1:30 PM. In this role, you will lead food production for breakfast and lunch service for about 75 - 100 diners. Job Responsibilities Lead kitchen team to produce all menu items efficiently and consistently based on cyclical menu and recipes (soups, daily menus, entrees, vegetables, sauces, gravies, etc.) Ensure all kitchen duties are assigned and completed. Train, mentor and develop the skills of all culinary team members alongside fellow Kitchen Supervisors Ensure that all food remains eye-appealing and replenished throughout the service Tear down line after service either storing correctly or disposing of product Clean line and grill area Ensure that correct storage conditions for products such as meats, produce, and dairy are maintained Other duties as assigned by Manager.
