The Opportunity Company, Department: Emera, Organizational Change Management Team Location: Halifax, NS Closing Date: January 20, 2026 Emera is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support the successful delivery of change management activities across Emera and its operating companies.Reporting to the Manager of Organizational Change Management, the role will focus on communications, stakeholder engagement, data management, and tracking change impacts across the organization. This is a handson role ideal for someone detailoriented, organized, and enthusiastic about enabling change in a collaborative, fastpaced environment. Key Responsibilities Supporting the delivery of the change management strategy and plans Assisting the Manager and Change Management Specialists with planning, tracking, and delivery of change activities Supporting impact assessments, readiness tracking, and stakeholder engagement activities Developing and maintaining reports and/or dashboards Drafting and coordinating internal communications, including email updates, intranet content, and presentations Coordinating logistics for changerelated meetings, change network activities, and workshops Maintaining change tracking tools such as impact logs, stakeholder maps, action registers, and communications calendars Escalating issues as needed Summarizing feedback from engagement sessions, training, and communications to inform planning Preparing presentation materials, reports, dashboards, and status updates Providing general administrative and coordination support to the Change team To Thrive in This Role Degree or diploma in Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field 2+ years of experience supporting change initiatives, preferably in a project environment Proven experience with metrics Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Exceptional skill in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with SharePoint and project tools Experience in the application of Power BI is an asset Knowledge of change management principles (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) considered an asset We understand that experience comes in many forms, and were dedicated to adding new perspectives to the team.
