### ****Please note this is a primarily remote position with occasional office attendance either out of Boucherville or Markham depending on proximity****### ### The role of the Tech Line Analyst Auto is to assist Honda/Acura dealer technical staff with the troubleshooting of complex mechanical and electrical problems. The successful candidate will be capable of providing accurate diagnosis and repair instructions.### ### Tech Line analysts are also called upon by our Quality Engineering and Technical training department for hands-on or subject matter expert support.### ### **RESPONSIBILITIES*** ### Receive calls from technicians and service managers, often requiring complex diagnostic technical support.* ### Document details and recommendations made during the call on each technical case. Excellent written and verbal skills are required as within a system that is relied upon by other internal groups for understanding emerging market issues.* ### Ability and interest in learning new technology in our auto and powersport & equipment new model products.* ### Hands-on support in product repairs and repair validation activity.### ### **QUALIFICATIONS**### * ### Certified Automobile Licensed Technician (310S) is required* ### Inter Provincial accreditation (Red Seal) is required* ### 5 10 years of experience as a Certified Technician, Lead Tech, or Shop Foreman is required* ### Experience in a dealership environment is an asset* ### English & French language support verbal and written is required* ### Must have strong Automotive and Power Sports and equipment diagnostic capability* ### Able to build collaborative working relationships with internal colleagues and dealers* ### Demonstrated capability in understanding detailed technical product specifications to quickly and effectively resolve problems* ### Must have strong problem solving and decision making skills* ### Intermediate computer skills (MS Office suite) would be an asset* ### The ability to work in a fast paced environment is a must* ### Develops and maintains good working relationships with all members of the team.* ### Enjoys a team approach to problem solving - shares results.### ### As this role supports clients and dealers nationwide, bilingual (French/English) proficiency is required.### ### **HIRING PRACTICES**### ### The salary range for this position is $83,139 $103,924 CAD annually. Dexcellentes comptences crites et orales sont requises, car il sagit dun systme sur lequel se fient dautres groupes internes pour comprendre les nouveaux problmes du march.* ### Capacit et intrt pour lapprentissage des nouvelles technologies des nouveaux modles de nos produits automobiles, de sports motoriss et de produits mcaniques.* ### Soutien pratique pour les rparations des produits et les activits de validation des rparations.### ### **PROFIL DU POSTE ET QUALIFICATIONS**### * ### Technicien automobile agr certifi (310S) requis* ### Accrditation interprovinciale (Sceau rouge) requise* ### Exprience de 5 10 annes requise en tant Technicien certifi, Technicien en chef ou Contrematre datelier* ### Exprience dans un environnement dtablissement concessionnaire est un atout* ### Soutien en anglais et en franais oral et crit requis* ### Doit possder une solide capacit de diagnostic Automobile, Sports motoriss et Produits mcaniques* ### Capable dtablir les relations de travail collaboratives avec les collgues internes et les concessionnaires* ### Capacit avre de comprendre les spcifications techniques dtailles des produits afin de rsoudre les problmes rapidement et efficacement* ### Doit possder de fortes comptences de rsolution de problmes et de prise de dcisions* ### Comptences informatiques intermdiaires (suite MS Office) sont un atout* ### Capacit de travailler dans un environnement dynamique essentielle* ### Dvelopper et maintenir de bonnes relations de travail avec tous les membres de lquipe.### ### tant donn que ce poste soutient les clients et les concessionnaires lchelle nationale, le bilinguisme (franais/anglais) est requis.### ### **PRATIQUES D'EMBAUCHE**### ### La rmunration annuelle pour ce poste se situe entre 83 139 $ et 103 924 $ CA.
