What to expect: This position is responsible for the design, development, and execution of visual assets across print and digital channels, supporting CWB Groups marketing, communications, and brand initiatives. The Graphic Designer will provide flexible, executionfocused design support for a wide range of materials including print collateral, social media assets, presentations, email, and webrelated content. This role reflects a modern, digitalfirst design approach, balancing strong foundational design skills with speed, adaptability, and comfort using contemporary content creation tools. This includes: Graphic Design & Content Development Design and produce a variety of marketing assets including brochures, flyers, posters, trade show materials, presentations, and internal communications. Develop digitalfirst assets for social media, email marketing, and web platforms. Execute layouts for print publications and digital formats while ensuring brand consistency. Adapt and repurpose content across multiple formats and channels efficiently. Utilize both Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom) and modern design tools (e.g., Canva) to support fast turnaround and scalable output. Capable of developing custom illustrations (Illustrator/Figma), icons, and visual narratives that simplify complex or technical concepts across print and digital assets. Experience using AIassisted creative tools (such as Adobe Firefly) to accelerate concept development, asset variations, and production workflows. Print production skills, including preparing pressready files, managing bleeds and trim, color modes, and collaborating with external print vendors. Digital & Social Media Design Support Create platformspecific assets for social media channels. Develop templates and modular content to support ongoing campaign execution. Collaborate with marketing team members to iterate quickly on creative concepts and revisions. Support digital campaigns with graphics optimized for different screen sizes and formats. Collaboration & Internal Support Meet and consult with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and timelines. Work collaboratively within the Marketing Team to support campaigns, initiatives, and events. Manage multiple design requests concurrently while meeting deadlines. Other duties as assigned: Meet and consult with internal/external partners. Other duties as required. This position reports directly to the Art Director and primarily works remotely from their home office in Canada. CWB has adopted a remotefirst working model, where employees will work from their home office, servicing the client within their specified areas. What you bring to the table: Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or related field 5 years graphic design experience Experience creating assets for digital and social media platforms Experience working in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment Proficiency with adobe creative suite (InDesign, illustrator, photoshop) Digital Design (web/social media) Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Working with minimal supervision Working in a team environment Experience working on print and digital publications ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS This is a remote, work from home position Travel might be required from time to time The following qualifications would be an asset: Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or related field Bilingual in English and French Photography Experience Whats in it for you?
