Our team is growing, and we''re looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to help keep our office operations organized and running smoothly. Job Description: The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day office and administrative support, assisting with customer communication, scheduling, and general office tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, small business environment and takes pride in staying organized. Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails Schedule estimates, installations, and service calls Prepare invoices, estimates, and basic office documents Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems Follow up with customers regarding appointments and payments Support the owner and field team with administrative needs Qualifications: Previous administrative or office experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email Basic computer skills (email, documents, spreadsheets) Ability to work independently and stay organized Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Work Schedule: Tuesday to Friday Flexible daily hours Full-time or part-time available (based on availability) What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage based on experience Flexible schedule Friendly, supportive work environment Long-term opportunity with a growing company Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 40 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule On-site parking Experience: Construction administrative: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
