About the role We are currently hiring Creative Strategists to manage the creative production process for our portfolio of brands at BM Digital. As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for managing the entire video production and iteration process end-to-end, from concept to scriptwriting to live testing on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Ads. Responsibilities Utilize data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective creative strategy. Analyze data in platforms like Atria, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager. Perform consumer, product, and competitor research using basic tools/resources. Collaborate with Post-Production, Production, and the Creative Strategy Lead to produce videos. Write scripts and copy for video, static image ads, and email campaigns. Ensure visuals match creative strategy outlined for the ad. Give feedback that aligns to the creative strategy of the ad. Execute on feedback given by the Creative Strategy Lead. Analyze the results of creative tests and iterate. With oversight from the Creative Strategy Lead, be responsible for weekly strategic account planning. Identify top-performing concepts within accounts using data and creative analysis. Identify effective concepts/trends in the social media ecosystem. Required Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience. Paid social or Direct Response experience (work/writing samples are a big plus). Able to learn from training/examples and quickly execute new skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Strong understanding of social media (frequent user of at least one of these platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Experience with FB Ads Manager, and/or experience with other ad platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat. Able to work comfortably across Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and adapt to evolving industry trends and best practices. Additional Details This is a full-time, remote position.
