About the role As an in-store representative, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and helping them navigate our range of energy-efficient solutions. Youll build strong relationships, provide tailored product advice, and support customers in finding the right solutions for their needs. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement : Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Facilitate Sales & Appointments : Assist customers with checkout and schedule in-home consultations for larger projects. Team Collaboration : Work closely with your team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service. Report and Resolve : Communicate customers feedback and concerns to the management team to ensure swift resolution and high satisfaction levels. What were looking for People-First Mentality Youre friendly, approachable, and love helping customers. Retail or Sales Experience Experience in customer service (especially in retail) is a plus. Tech-Savvy Familiarity with Shopify is a bonus! Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love hitting (and exceeding) goals. Excellent Communication Skills You know how to listen, educate, and build trust with customers.
