We are seeking a Childcare Director to join our Childcare Team at The Glencoe Club and to oversee the Clubs Childminding, Licensed Preschool and Out of School Care teams. As the Childcare Director you will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, believe in delivering excellence through care, leadership, and innovation, and align with our values of respect, wellness, integrity, relationships, caring, and continuous innovation, along with developing and monitoring a team of employees focused on delivering a high level of childminding and licensed preschool programming that meets or exceeds member expectations. You will also assist in the development of annual operating and capital budgets in the area and be responsible for the yearly operational plan. The Childcare Director will deliver exceptional experiences in all that we do and will constantly aspire to create a second home environment for our members, guests, and employees.
