The Team Member will be responsible for inspecting, grading, sorting and processing of ferrous and/or non-ferrous scrap metals and maintaining the work location in orderly condition to achieve operational goals and objectives. What We Offer Paid Benefits - Health, Vision, Dental, etc. Life Ins., LTD, AD&D Pension Plan Annual Boot Allowance Company Uniforms Monthly Gain Share Bonus Up to $300.00 Overtime Wage $20.00 per hour When Monday to Friday: 8am to 4:30pm Every other Saturday: 8am - 12:00pm Role Expectations Performs the inspecting, grading, sorting and processing of ferrous and/or non-ferrous scrap metals. Maintains work location in orderly condition to achieve operational goals and objectives. Uses computer system to input non-ferrous material codes and weight. Completes yard tickets and provides tickets to customers. Processes materials by breaking them down by commodity and removing all non-conforming material. Provides exceptional customer service. The successful applicant will be subject to a criminal background check. Qualifications 1 year of experience working in a production, warehouse or landscaping environment. 1 year of experience operating forklift or skidsteer (bobcat), preferred but not required.
