Position Summary The Supply Office Administrator assists school administration in the operational function of the school office. They ensure the smooth operation of school administrative functions as directed by the Principal, perform receptionist duties, facilitate effective communication, prepare various reports for the Board, maintain student records and contribute to the efficient functioning of the school and welfare of the pupils. Qualifications High School Diploma and office administration courses at a community college A minimum of two years of previous office administration experience What you would bring to the team Strong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent administration, coordination, organizational and time management skills Ability to take initiative, use judgement and work independently and as a member of a team in a fastpaced environment Ability to initiate and respond to requests for information from a variety of sources Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Ability to speak French is considered an asset Core Competencies Communication Shares and receives information and ideas in a variety of ways and adapts to the needs of the audience to ensure the message is understood.
