What Success Looks Like Builds strong, trustbased relationships with dealers and contractors Drives consistent territory growth and strong market penetration Maintains clean and insightful CRM data Acts as a hardscape expert and trusted advisor Represents the brand with professionalism and pride Collaborates openly to create winwin scenarios across teams Strengthens dealer capability and contractor loyalty What Youll Do Lead and develop the GTA North hardscape territory with a strategic, growthminded approach Enable, train, and support dealer teams to strengthen product knowledge and drive pullthrough Build strong relationships with contractors through the dealer network Develop and execute sales strategies that achieve targets and increase your bottom line Attend specialized internal/external education programs: Professional Sales Training, PK/SK with Paver Pete, ICPI & NCMA certifications Use CRM and BI tools to document intelligence, analyze trends, and build winning sales plans Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Sales Coordinators, and crossfunctional partners to drive unified action Ensure brand consistency, highquality deliverables, and a strong market presence Share creative installations and product placements on social media to elevate brand visibility Maintain the companys reputation as a marketleading sales organization Qualifications A strong, ambitious work ethic and a positive, energized, cando attitude Postsecondary education 2+ years of experience selling into a dealer network OR experience in hardscape/building materials (selling or installing) Experience building action plans, analyzing sales reports, and developing customerfocused strategies Experience supporting marketing communications, sales initiatives, and events A valid passport and the ability to travel to USA for training/meetings A homebased office located within daily commuting proximity to GTA North / Peel / Barrie Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and overall sales technology Additional Information Techo-Bloc is a successful, entrepreneurial, growthoriented, and fastpaced company!
