Core Responsibilities Educate residents and team members about healthy food options. Oversee labor and food costs. Build a team dedicated to great food and relationships. Develop personal relationships with a community of wonderful people. Ensure that each team member understands all aspects of cooking, food preparation, and presentation. Ideal Candidate Commitment to Touchmarks values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion) and a desire to model these values. High school diploma or equivalent. Certificate or degree in culinary arts or a related field. At least three years of experience as a food services director, manager, or chef with leadership responsibilities in a similar environment, with demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen and managing a team of kitchen staff. Valid food handlers card, and willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification. Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members. Benefits Paid sick leave.
