What you will do: We provide comprehensive paid training to ensure your success in the following areas: Grading & Triage: Receive and process bulk shipments of Certified Pre-Owned devices, identifying both cosmetic and functional flaws. Technical Troubleshooting: Conduct tests on telecommunication equipment and analyze Technical Repair Guides to troubleshoot issues according to specifications. Refurbishment: Repair electronic equipment following specific brand guidelines and resolve software interface issues. Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records, meet productivity targets, and collaborate with your team to share knowledge and experience. Whats in it for you?
