From mental health and addictions to housing, justice, and employment, we offer a full spectrum of accredited services that make a real difference. About the Role Funded by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development, Employment Ontario services are available to assist both job seekers and employers. As an Employment Consultant, you will: Develop employment opportunities for clients Provide employment and training needs assessment and case management Develop Service Plans Provide instruction, individual support and advocacy Facilitate workshops Complete reporting requirements Collaborate with local training providers Work with local employers to provide placements Monitor clients employment retention for 365 days Schedule & Compensation Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with 2 shifts per month until 8:00 p.m. Annual salary range: $47,288-$51,870 plus comprehensive benefits Perks & Benefits We care about our team as much as we care about our clients.
