Responsibilities Research, identify, qualify and prospect for potential new clients and secure new business. Prospecting for new client relationships via phone, networking and doortodoor contact and communication. Understand and manage commercial real estate transactions from inception to completion. Develop an understanding of market trends, absorption, and the underlying metrics used to analyze real estate markets. Track and record activity within the companys CRM, Salesforce. Manage meetings with prospects, draft documentation and understand and present corresponding financial analysis. Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends. Qualifications Alberta commercial real estate license Bachelors Degree or Designation Strong work ethic and desire to work in a commissionbased environment Highly motivated, driven to succeed and have exceptional sales and negotiation skills Desire to make occupierfocused real estate a career Communicate clearly with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks Assertive, resourceful, focused, innovative and a motivated selfstarter.
