Duties and Responsibilities Lead the proposal writing process from production to delivery Collaborate with local teams to develop persuasive RFP responses Research and write high-quality content including executive summaries and case studies Review proposals for accuracy and adherence to brand standards Maintain proposal content database and project profiles Stay informed about industry trends and best practices What you bring Have excellent communication and editing skills Possess experience in business development writing Exhibit strong interpersonal and project management skills Are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite Have 2-3 years of proven writing experience Hold a Bachelors degree in a related field Are results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience 2-3 years proven experience in writing communications or marketing Bachelors degree in English, Communications, or related field Master communicator with strong interpersonal skills Results-driven with a desire for multiple concurrent initiatives Education Requirements Certificate, Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Communications or Marketing Certification Requirements Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel, Teams) Additional Information / Benefits Paladin Security: Making the World a Safer and Friendlier Place because we CARE !
