Job Title

We are looking for a hands-on Assembly Technician to build and assemble large grain trailers and various heavy-duty dump trailers. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with tools and equipment, and is committed to producing safe, reliable, and high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Assemble large grain trailers and dump trailers according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Fit, align, and secure components (frames, axles, hydraulics, electrical, hitches, doors, tarps, etc.). Use a variety of hand and power tools (wrenches, impacts, drills, grinders, etc.) safely and effectively. Perform basic fabrication tasks such as measuring, cutting, drilling, and fitting parts. Inspect work during and after assembly to ensure accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications. Identify and report defects, missing parts, or design/fit issues and help resolve them. Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work as part of a team to meet production schedules and deadlines. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in trailer, equipment, farm machinery, truck body, or similar mechanical assembly preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment. Ability to read and follow basic drawings, measurements, and instructions. High attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right the first time. Ability to lift, position, and move heavy parts (with assistance or equipment as required). Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Personal Qualities Handson and enjoys working with their hands. Qualityfocused with pride in craftsmanship.
