About The Role We are looking for an Inventory Photographer to join our Production team! This role ensures all Clutch vehicles are photographed to the highest standards and accurately represented in our database. You will work closely with the reconditioning and logistics teams to ensure vehicles are shuttled, photographed, and uploaded efficiently. What Youll Do Handle company camera equipment to take highquality interior and exterior vehicle photos Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any imperfections that fall outside Clutchs standards Shuttle vehicles between warehouses and outside lots as needed Follow a standard shot list for each vehicle to maintain consistency, proper exposure, and composition Edit and upload photos to the companys administrative application (cropping, straightening, exposure) Provide feedback to the team on process improvements and workflow optimization Collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and logistics teams to support vehicle readiness What Were Looking For Techsavvy with familiarity in camera functions and basic photo editing Interest in the automotive industry and comfort troubleshooting minor vehicle issues Team player with people leadership or mentorship experience Entrepreneurial spirit with a getitdone, actionoriented attitude High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract Postsecondary education Able to commit to a fulltime schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.
