Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Manager, Remarketing to join our team in Mississauga, ON. This role leads national remarketing strategy, certified pre-owned (CPO) programs, and vehicle disposal optimization to minimize residual value risk and maximize portfolio performance. Responsibilities Oversee national remarketing strategies to drive dealer sales opportunities and minimize residual value risk, including budget development and management. Lead programs and policies that optimize vehicle remarketing competitiveness, vehicle disposal strategies, and residual value performance; conduct specialized studies such as Pull Ahead, residual analysis, and CPO pricing impact. Develop and maintain analytics including statistical residual loss reporting, auction pricing models, and vehicle adjustment analysis (mileage, region, colour, CarFax, condition). Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to enhance remarketing processes, pursue automation opportunities, and improve customer experience. Lead daily tactical operations of the national CPO business plan, including forecasting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual CPO sales and dealer engagement targets. Qualifications Required Minimum 710 years automotive experience emphasizing customer and dealer relations. Strong organizational, analytical, reporting, and interpretation skills. Broad knowledge of the Canadian wholesale vehicle market and experience in sales/marketing. Proficiency with databases, MS Office, information systems, and mainframe applications. Desired Bachelors degree preferred. Experience in remarketing strategy, vehicle pricing models, or residual risk analytics. Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Salary Range: $113,435.00 - $139,366.00 This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employees base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employees unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles.
