Position Summary The Registered Behaviour Analyst provides a range of assessments, consultation, and intervention programs and services; collaborates with Student Services and school teams to provide ongoing consultation and capacity building; acts as liaison with school teams, community agencies, and families; and develops and supports board-wide initiatives. What You Bring To The Team Master''s Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or Education Registered Membership in the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts in Ontario Three years of clinical experience and two years supervisory experience working with children and youth with diverse needs Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience working within a multidisciplinary team Experience working within a school board or school setting Must possess a valid driver''s license and have access to a vehicle in order to travel and provide service throughout the district Core Competencies Communication Shares and receives information and ideas in a variety of ways and adapts to the needs of the audience to ensure the message is understood.
