Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Burlington, ON for an Instructor Therapist. The Instructor Therapist will deliver evidence-based practices, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Core responsibilities include implementing individualized intervention plans, collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing support and coaching to families to generalize skills. The Instructor Therapist will work in a center-based setting while maintaining professional documentation in accordance with organizational standards. Qualifications Proficiency in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and progress reporting to ensure the effectiveness of intervention plans. Experience in providing education, support, and coaching to families or caregivers to help generalize skills in diverse settings. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Relevant certification (e.g., Registered Behavior Technician or similar) and post-secondary education in Behavior Science, Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of child development principles, behavior management, and therapy practices in the context of mental health and autism services.
