As part of our continued growth and long-term leadership planning, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to join our team in Brantford, Ontario. This role is positioned as a key succession opportunity, offering exposure to senior leadership and the ability to shape supply chain strategy during a period of expansion and operational transformation. What Youll Do Lead end-to-end supply chain execution across planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and customer service Drive inventory optimization while maintaining high service levels Partner with Operations, Sales, and Finance to support capacity expansion and manufacturing performance Identify supply chain risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies Lead, develop, and manage multi-functional supply chain teams Drive continuous improvement through data, KPIs, and best-practice initiatives What You Bring Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing Proven experience leading multi-functional teams Strong background in planning, logistics, and customer service Experience with ERP/MRP systems Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills What we offer Competitive salary Annual Variable Compensation Safety Shoe Allowance Professional Career Development opportunity Education Reimbursement & Training Opportunities Group Health insurance benefits Group Retirement pension plan Employee and Family Assistance Program Why Join Us?
