We are currently looking for an AM Lead Hand for our Cambridge terminal. Job ID: CAMOPS2026 Schedule: Monday to Friday from 4:00am to 12:30pm Position Type: Permanent, Full Time Salary: $50,000 Workplace address: 119 Earl Thompson Rd. Cambridge, ON N0B 1E0 To apply: Lead, coach and train personnel Daily AM Dock performance, monitoring and adjustments Routing freight, appointment booking and Dispatching Operating a Forklift, load/unload trailers and staging freight Reduce miss-directs and damages on customer shipments Customer shipment audits when required Ensure employees follow health & safety guidelines Cross train staff to ensure adequate dock coverage daily Action on all last-minute shipment requests Various other duties, as required Previous Lead Hand or Supervisory experience in the Transportation Industry is preferred Current Forklift Certification is preferred Must be able to exercise initiative, multitask and work well as part of a team Organized and detail oriented Proficient with computer programs/dispatch systems and Microsoft office Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Offer a competitive starting salary Extended Benefits Plan Eligible for Corporate discounts with several retailers and sports centers RRSP employee contribution & employer contribution Yearly Vacation #J-18808-Ljbffr
