ATO (Approved Training Organization) provides endorsement (type) training & development Company-wide social events and family functions throughout the year Compensation increases as per the Collective Agreement Relocation Package available for qualifying candidates WHAT YOULL BE DOING: Ensure all paperwork, documentation and reporting associated with a repair is completed accurately Provide coaching and leadership to junior technicians to ensure work tasks are performed efficiently and accurately, and that appropriate skills to progress in the trade are developed Ensure all accordance with health and safety policies and procedures Perform other duties as required WHAT YOULL NEED IN ORDER TO QUALIFY: 48 + months experience performing AME duties Holder of AME license or equivalency Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (approved by TCA or the applicable governing body) Good communication skills: fluent written and verbal English is mandatory Basic Computer Skills: word processing, spreadsheet and database programs Specific knowledge of manufacturing, maintenance, repair and modification of aircraft or systems and components in the areas of Structures and/or Composites Ability to ensure that approved standards of quality control are maintained Safe work practices and techniques Basic coaching and leadership skills Job Type / Schedule / Location Full-time, Permanent 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday In person Controlled Goods Clearance This position requires immediate Controlled Goods clearance, therefore, only Canadian Residents or Permanent Residents will be considered at this time.
