Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills including blueprint reading, concrete forming, carpentry, masonry, and the use of hand and power tools. This role involves working on diverse projects such as restoration, cabinetry installation, flooring, roofing, siding, and more. The will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality craftsmanship across various construction and manufacturing tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects with efficiency and safety. Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans. Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and roofing tasks with precision. Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, siding, and perform general carpentry and woodworking duties. Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and other specialized machinery safely and effectively. Conduct restoration projects including caulking, painting, siding repairs, and general finishing work. Assist with plumbing and electrical installations as needed. Measure materials accurately for construction estimating purposes. Execute heavy lifting tasks safely to move materials or equipment on-site. Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards. Experience Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or siding installation. Hands-on knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation. Familiarity with concrete forming, rebar installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinetry is preferred. Experience with hand tools and power tools used in construction or manufacturing settings. Prior work involving restoration projects or renovation work is advantageous. Knowledge of CNC machinery or manufacturing processes is a plus but not required. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in physically demanding environments. Handyman experience or electrical/plumbing background will be considered an asset for versatile project support.
