Duties Prepare personal tax returns accurately and efficiently using tax return software such as TaxCycle and other software programs. Must be proficient in Google sheets and docs. Conduct thorough analysis of financial documents to identify potential deductions, credits, and compliance issues Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize client returns Support clients in understanding their financial situations through detailed analysis skills and clear communication Collaborate with team members and work well in a team environment, but not afraid to work unsupervised Have the ability to research and work to find answers on your own, but not afraid to ask for help Experience Proven experience in tax preparation, , or related financial services roles Familiarity with accounting software such as Google Sheets, Docs, QuickBooks Online, TaxCycle Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data Knowledge of investment strategies and how they relate to tax planning is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment This position offers a dynamic work environment where attention to detail and expertise in financial services are highly valued.
