Job Overview Position 1. 7 days a week 7-10AM or Monday to Friday 7 to 10AM 0r Saturday and Sunday 7 to 10AM Experience is required with diapering, bathing, grooming, offloading and rotating. You must speak and understand English. Position can start ASAP. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the attention and help required for daily living activities. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, diapering, grooming, and dressing. Some light housekeeping duties. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients'' well-being Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met. Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers regarding client progress and needs. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition or behavior. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving, senior care, or home care is required. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care. Ability to pass background checks as required by federal regulations. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work on scheduled hours as needed. Be available to work extra hours as requested.
