Food Service Supervisor / Asst Manager Food Franchise Location- Sundre (Alberta) Job details Salary $16.00 to $18/ Hour (To be negotiated)+variable 2 Vacancies Terms of employment Permanent, Full time 30 to 40 Hours / Week Start date: Jan 2024( person will have to train for 1 month before that and expenses for same will be borne by employer and will be paid for training) Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend Job requirements Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: Preferred in the Food Service Industry Ability to Supervise: Staff in various areas of responsibility Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Standing for extended periods Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Excellent oral communication, Client focus, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills Work Setting: Restaurant Specific Skills Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Establish work schedules.
