Company Description INSEQUENCE Home Renovations (ISQ) is a full-service general contracting firm specializing in aging-in-place renovations for seniors and full-scale home remodelling projects ranging from $15,000 to $150,000. With roots dating back to 2019, the company was built on a foundation of integrity, quality craftsmanship, and word-of-mouth success. We serve three niche client groups: retired or semi-retired professionals who wish to age in place, families living in homes built before 2015 that have never been renovated, and those simply moving into a new house. We are known for introducing design elements that support and enhance people''s physical and mental well-being at home. Based in Toronto, ON, we serve the Greater Toronto Area, Simcoe County, and the Muskoka region. From the moment you step into your new home to the day you decide to downsize, we aim to be your contractor on call through every major milestone. Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid Sales Assistant role located in Toronto, ON. We are hiring a self-motivated sales professional to represent the company at BNI (Business Networking International) meetings and networking events. This core of this role is based on building strategic relationships, generating qualified referrals, and maintaining a strong professional presence on behalf of the company. Key Responsibilities: Attend weekly BNI chapter meetings (typically one in-person meeting and three held via Zoom) Meetings are held on weekday mornings, usually between 7:008:00 AM, and run approximately 2 hours Deliver a clear 45 second pitch to inform chapter members about our services and ideal referral partners Deliver a longer 57 minute presentation periodically to provide deeper insight into our services, ideal clients, and recent projects Build and maintain relationships with professionals in complementary industries Identify and pass referral opportunities both to and from the chapter Schedule and conduct 1-to-1 meetings with members to deepen connections Track referrals, follow-ups, and opportunities in coordination with the company owner Represent the company''s brand, values, and professionalism at all times Qualifications Outgoing, personable, and comfortable speaking in group settings Strong communicator with natural relationship-building skills Organized and reliable with follow-through Sales, networking, or business development experience is an asset Interest in home renovation, construction, or design is helpful but not required Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems Compensation Base Pay: $150 per week for up to 5 hours of BNI-related activities, including chapter meetings, 1-to-1 meetings, and continuing education sessions Commissions: Earn 1% of revenue on projects that directly result from referrals and leads generated through BNI chapter involvement. Bonuses: Additional performance bonuses are available for meeting agreed-upon referral or revenue quotas.
