What You''ll Be Doing: Calling, emailing, and messaging leads like it''s your superpowerand setting appointments that actually show up. Building real connections with new and past customers who might just love us as much as they love our cars. Taking finance applications, collecting and confirming customer information. Working closely with our sales team (don''t worry, they''re friendly too) to deliver a seamless customer experience. Keeping your CRM game tightbecause if it''s not in the system, did it even happen? Following up like a probecause the fortune is in the follow-up, and so is your bonus. What You Bring to the Table: At least 1 year of BDC sales experience in an automotive dealership. A silver tongue and a keyboard to match: you''re a champ with both conversation and communication. You love meeting new peopleand they usually love you right back. What We Offer: Base Salary $42,000 - $48,000 plus bonus Monthly Bonus based on leads transferred and cars sold each month.
