About the Role IMDEX Limited is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support the efficient operation of our warehouse and ensure the accurate, timely flow of goods to customers and satellite warehouses. This role is critical to the management of rental fleet items, inventory accuracy, and smooth warehouse operations, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Warehouse Coordinator will be hands-on across receiving, order fulfillment, inspection and repair, inventory control, and day-to-day warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Goods Inwards / Outwards Receive rental tools and kits returning from hire, unpacking, recording, and routing components to appropriate storage locations Inspect and verify incoming vendor deliveries against purchase orders Pick, pack, and assemble outgoing sales and rental orders, including kits, containers, and skids Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and other required paperwork Arrange shipment pickups and deliveries Track, trace, and update shipment status for inbound and outbound goods Inspection, Testing, and Repair Inspect returned rental kits, components, and cases for condition and cleanliness Open work orders for tools requiring service or repair Clean, refurbish, and coordinate repairs with third-party service providers as required Identify and document damage, wear, and maintenance needs Support efficient turnaround of rental equipment back into service Inventory and Stock Control Maintain accurate manual and system-based inventory records Track stock levels for rental kit components, cases, foam inserts, and running gear Conduct stocktakes and investigate stock variances Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors Ensure strong traceability and accountability of all tools and equipment Warehouse Operations Support daily warehouse planning and execution Oversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks and other conveyances Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment Maintain adequate levels of shipping, cleaning, and shop supplies Keep warehouse, yard, and vehicles clean, safe, and organized Dispose of waste, including controlled products, in line with regulations Participate in the development of standard work instructions and procedures Leadership, Safety, and Compliance Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and respectful communication Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders Actively participate in safety meetings and comply with QHSE requirements Identify and report hazards, incidents, and quality alerts Comply with IMDEX risk, compliance, and Code of Conduct standards Qualifications and Experience Essential Minimum 3 years experience in a similar or junior warehouse/logistics role Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft applications Strong data accuracy, document control, and record-keeping skills Forklift ticket Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Desirable Completion of secondary education with ability to read and interpret technical documentation and work procedures Dangerous Goods license Experience using an ERP system Why IMDEX IMDEX is a global mining technology company driven by innovation, collaboration, and a strong commitment to safety and sustainability.
