Purpose of the Role Drive operational excellence, ensure superior customer service, and maintain the highest standards of quality across all functions. Balance day-to-day operations with long-term performance goals, manage financial outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Provide strategic leadership to optimize resource utilization and support the companys ambitious growth trajectory. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging technology and creative problem-solving to enhance processes. Collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to execute long-term performance goals and support infrastructure investments. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire operational teams to achieve excellence in quality, efficiency, and customer service. Operations Management: Oversee production, scheduling, order entry, and customer service functions. Organizational Growth: Drive strategic initiatives to optimize resource utilization and support growth. Budgeting : Manage multi-million-dollar budgets and oversee discretionary spending, purchasing, and capital projects. Innovation: Champion continuous improvement, automation, and engineering advancements. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships across departments and with external partners. What You Bring Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). Minimum 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management within a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in paper, packaging, or materials. Proven track record of managing production facilities and complex supply chains. Expertise in capital projects, automation, and engineering improvements. Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
