En atteignant les objectifs de vente et en proposant des solutions personnalises en matire de lunettes et de vtements, vous aiderez les clients amliorer leurs performances grce votre expertise et votre passion. Principales responsabilits: Stimuler les ventes et tablir des relations: Atteindre les objectifs de vente et dpasser les attentes en dveloppant des liens avec les clients et en tablissant des relations durables. Aider les nouveaux clients et les clients existants trouver des produits qui rpondent leurs besoins. Devenir un expert en vision: Offrir des conseils personnaliss et recommander des solutions de lunettes adaptes au mode de vie et aux prfrences de chaque client. Apprendre et vous dvelopper: Amliorer vos comptences grce une formation pratique et collaborer avec des professionnels expriments pour offrir un service de premier ordre. Collaborer et contribuer: Travailler en troite collaboration avec votre quipe pour maintenir un environnement positif et favorable o chacun contribue la russite. Crer une atmosphre accueillante au magasin: Garder le magasin propre, organis et visuellement attrayant, en veillant ce que les clients profitent dune exprience de magasinage sans faille. Favoriser linclusion et le respect: Cultiver un environnement inclusif et respectueux pour les clients et les collgues. Ce que nous recherchons: Passion pour le service la clientle: Lexprience en vente au dtail ou en service la clientle est un atout, mais votre enthousiasme aider les autres et crer dexcellentes expriences est essentiel. Sens des ventes: Prosprer dans un environnement dynamique, en utilisant vos comptences en communication pour fidliser les clients et stimuler les ventes. Maitrise de la technologie et souci du dtail: Aisance utiliser la technologie pour permettre aux clients de profiter dune bonne exprience dachat sans faille. La mode: Un vif intrt pour les lunettes et les tendances de la mode, avec la capacit daider les clients trouver leur look parfait. Motivation personnelle et adaptabilit: Rester motiv et rsilient, sadapter aux environnements trpidants et toujours rechercher des occasions dapprendre et de grandir.
