Overview Description du poste et contexte Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company (SaaS) operating as a division within The Home Depot (THD). Through our supplier analytics program, Askuitys mission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution. The Product Manager is responsible for building software that empowers suppliers at The Home Depot to make smarter and faster decisions. The role blends curiosity, customer empathy, and analytical thinking to shape the evolution of Askuitys supplier analytics platform from problem discovery through delivery and adoption. Product Managers work closely with engineering, design, data science, and business partners to translate opportunities into impactful solutions that drive measurable outcomes. They define and manage clear roadmaps, prioritize for impact and learning, and ensure every release enhances the customer experience. Thriving at the intersection of strategy and execution, the Product Manager connects the why to the how, serving as a communicator, collaborator, and champion for both users and the product vision. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership and Strategy: Own the end-to-end success of product areas within Askuitys supplier analytics platform, from discovery through delivery and adoption. Define and manage a clear product roadmap by identifying opportunities and prioritizing based on business impact and user value. Conduct market research and gather insights from internal and external stakeholders to shape strategy and align with user needs. Leverage retail and analytics expertise to guide strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with Askuitys mission to deliver actionable, data-driven solutions. Cross-Functional Delivery and Execution: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and QA to deliver high-quality products on time with a focus on usability and measurable outcomes. Maintain visibility into the product backlog, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure consistent rhythm across planning, retrospectives, and releases. Partner with business stakeholders to manage requests, communicate priorities, and maintain transparency around roadmap progress. Champion a customer-first mindset by ensuring every release enhances experience, efficiency, and decision-making for our users. Le chef de produit est responsable de la cration de logiciels qui permettent aux fournisseurs de Home Depot de prendre des dcisions judicieuses rapidement. Le titulaire du poste allie curiosit, empathie envers la clientle et esprit analytique pour faonner lvolution de la plateforme danalyse des fournisseurs dAskuity, et ce, autant pour la dcouverte de problmes que la diffusion et lexcution. Le chef de produit travaille en troite collaboration avec les quipes responsables de lingnierie, de la conception et de la science des donnes ainsi quavec les partenaires daffaires pour transformer les occasions en solutions efficaces qui donnent des rsultats mesurables. Il dfinit et gre des plans stratgiques clairs, tablit des priorits en matire dincidence et dapprentissage, et veille ce que chaque lancement amliore lexprience de magasinage des clients. Spanouissant dans des tches axes sur la stratgie et lexcution, il tablit des liens entre le pourquoi et le comment et agit comme communicateur, collaborateur et dfenseur des utilisateurs et de la vision des produits. Principales responsabilits Proprit des produits et stratgie: Assurer la russite de lensemble des secteurs de produits de la plateforme danalyse des fournisseurs dAskuity, et ce, autant lors de la dcouverte de problmes que lors de la diffusion et de lexcution. Dfinir et grer un plan stratgique clair en matire de produits en dterminant les occasions damlioration et en tablissant les priorits en fonction de lincidence sur lentreprise et de la valeur pour les utilisateurs. Effectuer des tudes de march et recueillir les points de vue des intervenants internes et externes afin dlaborer des stratgies et de rpondre aux besoins des utilisateurs.
